       The Join Stock Company “Spetsremstroytrest” has been created in 1994 year. At this particular time the base of qualitatively new building organization has been incorporated. Sphere of its activity is construction of multi-storey ceramic brick apartment houses under individual projects. For last eighteen years “Spetsremstroytrest” have been constructed and put into operation more than 70000 square meters of habitation. The building organization has obtained international recognition. The trust is noted by many prestigious awards among which the “Arch of Europe” and “The Golden trowel” of European building club. Today the Join Stock company “Spetsremstroytrest” is in state completely to complete any its object and to carry out construction works independently as customer-housebuilder and general contractor.        Construction of houses is achieved with the use of the contemporary and most advanced technologies. The firm laid tens of kilometers of thermal, water-conducting and sewer systems, low-voltage, high-voltage and telephone cables. All works are accomplished by ecologically-sparing methods, which maximally save the green belt of city. Furthermore, topographical organizations of city conducts the complex replanting of the region of building. The global ideology of activity of JSC “Spetsremstroytrest” is not only satisfaction of need for the qualitative and comfortable dwelling, but also creation of the contemporary architectural appearance of the city. At present Join Stock Company “Specremstroytrest” conducts the building of fifth and sixth turns of the apartment complex "Forest crown", that is situated on the intersection of streets Ozernaya-Gaydar-Ostrovsky. Four previous turns are put in operation. More than 350 families already live in the apartment complex, in accomplished apartments.
        It is accepted, that comfortness of habitable premises is defined by influence on the person of three major factors - thermal, moistural and hygienic modes. The greatest comfortness creating an optimum microclimate in premises, characterizes wooden houses. Their comfortness is accepted to one. Comfortness of premises in buildings from a ceramic brick makes 0,7. For comparison: comfort of habitation from cellular concrete is equal 0,2, from a silicate brick - 0,1, and from ferro-concrete - 0,05.
